BARSK is run by Ragnhild Lindtner - a passionate, independent visual artist with an exploratory approach to painting and film production. This Bergen-based artist is best known for her expressive and vivid paintings, both in colours and themes. Her work is multidisciplinary - a degree in filmmaking fuels video-art, an eye for fashion inspires textile work, and a lifetime of painting infuses the core of her practice – a space where instinct, impulse and identity collide.Her work explores raw emotion, representation of imatination, dreams and inner processes with a balance between beauty and brutality. Through layers of texture, stark contrasts, and visceral imagery, her creations feel both playful and unsettling – an invitation to a world where vulnerability and intensity coexist.
